How long does building the system take?

It depends on the size of the business and how many departments are covered. The work runs in eight stages and each one has a defined result — we do not move on until that result is there. In the final stage we watch the system run for 2–4 weeks. We will give you the exact timeline for your business after the first conversation.

How much does it cost?

The price follows the scope: how many processes are put in order, which modules are switched on, how much data is migrated. That is why we start with a free consultation and put the scope on paper — the exact figure comes with it. Nothing starts until you approve it.

We already work in another program. Do we have to throw it all away?

No. We migrate the data from your old system and check that it came across correctly. Odoo is modular: today we switch on only the departments you need, and the rest can be added later. Nothing has to be rebuilt from scratch.

What if my team does not want to move to a new system?

That is the most common situation. This is why we train the team by role and leave each person a short handbook — a new hire settles in within 2–4 days. Who answers for which number is decided in advance, so the system rests on the process rather than on one person.

What happens after you leave?

Every stage leaves a document behind: the diagnostic report, the configuration document, the standards handbook, the dashboards and the responsibility matrix. Before we hand over the keys we make sure your team can run it without us. Further development is a separate agreement.

Do I have to be involved? I have no time

Yes — the owner has to be involved. We do not take on projects where the owner wants to stand aside, because the decisions come back to you anyway. What we need from you is not daily work but a decision at the end of each stage. That is exactly why we never run more than 5 projects at once.

How we work

01. Getting acquainted
We talk: how the business runs, what today's numbers are, where you want to grow. Whether we can help becomes clear in that same conversation. If we are not the right fit, we say so directly.
02. We define the scope
Before any work starts it all goes on paper: what will be done, in what time, who is responsible and when we meet
03. We open up every number
We change nothing yet. First we learn how the business actually works — not how it is written down. We record today's numbers and date them.
04. We design the new system
We decide how each metric is calculated and who answers for it. The scope is fixed firmly. We do not start building until you approve it.
05. We build the system
We build the system around your business. Processes, responsibilities and working standards are documented step by step — so a new hire and a new branch can both work to the same order.
06. We migrate the data and train the team
We move the data across from the old system and check that it is correct. We train the team by role and leave each person a short handbook.
07. We keep the system under watch
For 2–4 weeks we watch: are the numbers updating, are the old habits creeping back. At the end we re-measure the numbers from stage three.
08. We hand over the keys
You get the configuration document, the standards handbook, the dashboards and the responsibility matrix. We close the project once we are sure your team can run it alone. Further development is a separate agreement.
